number 13: XANGA WANKER

Jesus Christ, do people still use Xanga for their homepages? I thought the whole Xanga / Angelfire / GeoCities thing died out years ago. Still, here's some little tit who makes "layouts". As far as layouts go they're great - if this were, say, 1997.

Of course, using my kitten wallpaper as a background image and then telling other people how to hotlink to it is only going to get you one thing...

And this always happens when I'm trying to watch the World Cup, doesn't it.

UPDATE: I went back to Perfect Disaster Lays (which, by the way, is the perfect name for the page) a few hours later and found she'd noticed the subtle change in her site's appearance:
