I was cleaning out (ha!) the closet the other day and found some CD-Roms with no labels. I chucked them in the PC and discovered a load of pics I thought I'd lost. Always looking for an excuse to put another page up, I decided to put them on the site.

Here's a shot my dad took at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff, on the day Wales won the Grand Slam.

Here's another shot dad took, showing the fans. Where was I? On the wrong sodding continent.

A picture of my street which I think was taken in January 2001. Why I cropped it to this size I'll never know, but I do remember having the day off as I couldn't get my car up the hill and the trains weren't running.

Another shot pointing up the hill. After this fiasco I started parking my car at the top of the hill when the forecast warned of snow.

My old house in Park Row Gardens, Merthyr Tydfil.

In the days before I began bankrupting myself buying DVDs, I used to bankrupt myself buying videos. I think I hit the 400 point before moving to California and selling the lot.

The front of my fridge. As you can see from the "peop!e", I ran out of "l"s. Bloody Early Learning Centre cheap magnetic letters.

The children's cemetery at Aberfan, overlooking the valley. On October 21 1966, 116 children and 28 adults died when a coal tip slid down the mountainside and demolished several houses and the village school. Most of the kids who died were aged 7-10. Many families lost more than one child. It's impossible to visit this place and not be overwhelmed by the loss of life. You can read first-hand accounts of the disaster here.

My radio-controlled Mini Cooper. Useful for terrifying the cat.

The first house I lived in, in Tonteg near Pontypridd, until I was seven. The window on the top right was my old bedroom. They've had the driveway redone, too.
