My first car - a 1983 VW Polo. The sticker in the rear window reads "Towson State University", where I stayed during my study/drinking trip to America in 1994. I had the Polo from 1990 to 1996, during which time it got through 132,000 miles, two gearboxes, three crashes and a second engine. More to the point, why the bloody hell am I wearing white socks??
